I LOVE the dark, moody, Paris home of Laurence Simoncini, owner of well known children's boutique Serendipity.   In a converted steel factory, the"loft style" home designed by Valerie Mazerat (of Merci fame)  is the perfect combination of minimalist achitecture and warm organic colors and textures.  The courtyard garden situated in the center of the home adds the perfect amount of nature and light  to a otherwise industrial space.
