Work by Wilfried "Sätty" Podriech  For some reason, I was very surprised to learn that he was a San Fransisco psychedelic type during the 60s. His work just seems much more refined than my impression of what the hippie scene was. Here is so much in-depth information about him. Strangely, he does not have a Wikipedia page!
